A:  For printed labels, it is usually within 2-5 working days depending on the type of printed label
A:  For woven labels, virtual samples within 2-3 working days and production within 7-9 working 
      days.
 
Q:  What is the most cost efficient label?
A:  Thermal printed label (500pcs minimum, 1 color imprint on a colored ribbon)
 
Q:  What label lasts the longest & is the most durable?
A:  Woven label 
 
Q:  Do you offer different types of finishing of the labels?
A:  Yes; we offer hot cut, end fold, center fold, manhattan fold, mitre fold, and book fold
 
Q:  Do you offer multiple colors on the labels?
A:  Yes; we offer up to 8 colors for woven labels and flexo printed labels.
 
Q:  What type of material do you offer?
A:  For woven labels, we offer taffeta, satin, full damask, half damask, and panel weave; For   
      printed labels we offer slit edge satin, woven edge satin, nylon, brush twill, cotton twill,
      poly twill, and taffeta fabrics.
 
Q:  What other types of labels do you offer  besides printed and woven labels?
A:  We offer graphic heat transfer, spot color transfers, woven patches, embroidered patches, 
      hologram transfers, foil transfers, and reflective transfers.
 
Q:  Where are the labels manufactured?
A:  We have production facilities in various locations: Korea, India, China, and USA.
 
Q:  Can we see the quality of your labels before placing an order?
A:  Yes, you can submit your catalog & sample request through our website and we will send you 
     a package of various labels to review from.
 
Q:  How can I submit my quote request?
A:  You can submit your design along with label specifications through our website or contact 
      our sales representatives at 888-886-5475 Monday through Friday  8am-5pm PST.
 
Q:  What type of artwork do you accept?
A:  We accept Illustrator (ai, eps, PDF) and Photoshop (psd, eps). 
 
Q:  What are your payment terms?
A:  We accept visa, mastercard, american express, money orders, cashier’s check, or company 
      check.
 
 
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All orders are FOB Duarte, CA.
 
Q: What is the method of shipping offered?
A: We normally ship via UPS or Fedex.
